Salary Guidelines

These are the salaries you can expect working on board a super yacht of 40 + meters:

Junior Steward/ess
Entry level with no experience
€2,300-€2,500
Equivalent to:
£1,970.00 - £2,140.00
PER MONTH TAX FREE

2nd Steward/ess
With good experience on board super yachts
€3,000-€3,500
Equivalent to:
£2,576.00 - £3,000.00
PER MONTH TAX FREE

Chief Steward/ess
With proven track record of experience as chief steward/ess €4,000-€6,000+ Equivalent to:
£ 3,400.00 - £5,100.00 PER MONTH TAX FREE

You will either be paid in US Dollars or Euro.
