Rachel has spent 8 years working as a Chief Stewardess on private super yachts worldwide.

She set up Crew4Superyachts in 2009 to teach others the skills needed to become a part of this prestigious industry. 

As well as an extensive background in the super yacht industry, Rachel is a qualified trainer and assessor.

Jason has been a part of Crew4Superyachts for 18 months.

Jason, along with Rachel, is manager of Sunnybank Guesthouse, and assists in training the students in the art of laundry and housekeeping. 

Jason is a trained and qualified chef, and provides all meals here at Sunnybank Guesthouse - including the four course 5 star silver service meal served by the students as part of their Steward/ess training course assessment. 

Jason is also a trained coffee Barista, as well as a qualified trainer, and uses these skills to train our candidates in the art of making speciality teas and coffee's.
